Adaptable Recruitment are working with a reputable business who is looking to recruit a Master Data Processor to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis .

Salary and Benefits
£29000 - £31000

The role
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across our systems. This includes (but is not limited to) customer, vendor, product, and material master data. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Main duties and responsibilities


  • Create, update, and maintain master data records in ERP system.

  • Ensure master data is accurate, complete, and entered in a timely manner.

  • Validate and cleanse data to meet quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain) to gather requirements and resolve data issues.

  • Monitor data workflows and approval processes in line with company policies.

  • Identify and report data anomalies, inconsistencies, or duplicate records.

  • Maintain documentation of data standards, processes, and workflows.

  • Support data migration and integration projects as needed.

  • Assist in continuous improvement of master data processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and company policies.


Key Skills and Qualifications needed


  • Proven experience in a data processing or data administration role, preferably in a Master Data function.

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and master data structures

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Good understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
