  • Support and mentor junior members of the HR team where required.
  • Build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Attend formal HR meetings, hearings and consultations.

You will possess:

  • Proven experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing complex casework including absence, disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
  • Exposure to organisational change, restructures, redundancy or TUPE projects.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience using HRIS systems and HR data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload within tight timescales.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred).
