Business Analyst | Change & Transformation

This is a rare opportunity to join a newly established Change & Transformation function and play a key role in shaping how change is delivered across the business.

Working alongside the Project Manager, you will be the critical link between the business, technology teams and external partners, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, processes are understood and solutions deliver measurable business value.

Supporting a broad portfolio of business and technology change initiatives, you'll help drive transformation projects from discovery and analysis through to testing, implementation and benefits realisation.

The Role

* Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across a range of business and technology change projects.
* Map business processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the design of effective solutions.
* Own User Acceptance Testing activities, including test planning, coordination, defect management and business sign-off.
* Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers and project teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a track record of supporting technology-enabled change and transformation initiatives.

You'll bring:
* Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and business analysis skills.
* Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation.
* Knowledge of systems, data flows, integrations and enterprise applications.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge, influence and build relationships across the business.
