Key Responsibilites

• Lead, coach and develop credit control and billing teams to enable a high-performing culture with clear objective setting, career development and succession planning
• Lead cross-functional engagement with Finance, Commercial, Operations and external stakeholders to deliver OTC KPIS
• Maintain design of the AR Finance solution including processes and policies

Experience desired

• Proven ability to lead teams through effective performance management coaching and career development as a strong leader.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders creating accountability
• Extensive experience leading Finance AR functions including credit control, billing and collections management.
• Effective written and verbal communication
