  • Supporting complaint handling processes, investigations and regulatory deadlines
  • Managing operational workflows, work queues and shared mailboxes
  • Monitoring outstanding cases and escalating risks or issues where required

  • Supporting quality assurance, audit and compliance processes
  • Responding to adviser, client and internal stakeholder queries
  • Contributing to operational improvements and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

  • A strong understanding of working within a regulated environment
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach

Experience with complaints administration, Consumer Duty, FCA regulatory requirements or adviser relationship management would be advantageous.

If you have experience within SIPP and/or SSAS administration and are looking for your next opportunity within a growing and supportive organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
