The Role
- Handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls
- Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- Following up on enquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or call-based role
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Comfortable using systems/CRM platforms
