Inbound Sales Executive

Salary: £32,000 (DOE)
Location: Liverpool - office based with hybrid option
Holidays: 28 days + bank holidays

About the Role

We're partnering with a well-established and growing Liverpool-based business who are looking to recruit an Inbound Sales Executive to join their friendly and collaborative team. This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending the right products and equipment to meet their needs, with opportunities to suggest additional items where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound enquiries from customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Providing knowledgeable advice on products, tools, and equipment
• Preparing and issuing customer quotes
• Identifying opportunities to recommend complementary products where relevant
• Following up on enquiries and outstanding quotes
• Building strong relationships with repeat trade and business customers
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
• Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, operations, and purchasing
• Occasionally supporting customer meetings or industry events (minimal travel)

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role
• Comfortable speaking with customers and managing inbound enquiries
• Able to understand product ranges and confidently explain options to customers
• Naturally able to identify opportunities to upsell without being pushy
• Professional, organised, and able to work well within a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated to learn and develop within a growing and successful business
